Return, Shipping & Reshipment Policy


1. No Return Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept return packages for refunds or exchanges. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please ensure all order details, including shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Shipping, Customs & Carrier Responsibility

Once the order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, full responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed, held, or confiscated by customs authorities

  • Shipments stuck in customs for inspection or unpaid duties

  • Packages lost, damaged, or misrouted by the shipping carrier

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier

  • Delays caused by the shipping company

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If your shipment is handled by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, any delivery-related issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details

  • Paying all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Contacting the courier regarding delays or lost shipments

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are stuck in customs, seized, lost in transit, or marked as delivered.

3. Returned to Sender & Reshipping Fees

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to pay customs duties or taxes

  • Failure to claim the package

  • Rejected delivery

The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees before the order can be sent again.

Reshipping will only be processed after the additional shipping cost has been paid in full. We do not offer refunds for returned-to-sender packages.
